1. Mobile Dispatch & On-Site Pricing Estimates

Crown Locksmith Dedham provides mobile lock and key services dispatched directly to residential, commercial, or automotive locations across Dedham, MA and Norfolk County.

Upon arrival at your designated address, our technician inspects the physical lock, door frame, or automotive keyway and provides an itemized price quotation including parts and labor before beginning work. Work proceeds only once you verbally approve the quote.

2. Verification of Ownership & Authorization Requirements

To ensure security and prevent unlawful access, customers requesting lockout resolution, key duplication, ignition servicing, or cylinder rekeying must present:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport).
• Documentary proof of authority to access the property (such as matching deed, utility bill, active residential/commercial lease, or vehicle registration/title matching the claimant's name).

Our technicians reserve the absolute right to decline service and contact local law enforcement if proper authorization cannot be produced.

3. Operating Hours & Service Coverage

Our mobile service units operate seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Service requests are handled based on current technician availability and traffic conditions throughout Dedham, Westwood, Needham, Norwood, Canton, and neighboring Norfolk County municipalities.

4. Workmanship & Hardware Warranties

All new lock hardware installed by Crown Locksmith Dedham carries the respective manufacturer warranty against mechanical defects. In addition, Crown Locksmith Dedham provides a 30-day labor warranty on our installation craftsmanship. This warranty excludes normal wear, intentional damage, unauthorized modification, or forced entry attempts.

5. Payment Terms & Settlement

Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion of services. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and cash. An itemized electronic receipt is emailed or sent via SMS upon transaction completion.
